HAMMER

The HAMMER line of vertical feed mixers with grinder enables high-quality grinding and mixing of various grains and vitamin supplements.

The HAMMER line stands out for its more powerful motors and thicker structural materials. Because of these stronger motors, the electrical control cabinet is designed entirely differently and features higher-capacity fuses appropriate for the increased power.

The main components of the mixer include the grinder, conveying screw (auger), additive hopper, and storage tank.
The robust hammers in the grinder first crush the grain, which then moves through the conveying screw under the additive hopper, where vitamin and mineral supplements can be added.
The screw transports the entire mixture forward to the storage tank, where the mass is lifted from bottom to top and thoroughly mixed.

The mixer is emptied manually via a discharge outlet.
The entire system is powered by three robust motors (for the grinder, conveyor, and storage tank), which are controlled using switches on the electrical cabinet.
Grain and additives are manually dosed.
